Rehwa Fibers

Rehwa Fibers is a project that helps Tibetan nomads benefit from the sale and trade of yak fiber. Profits are invested back into nomad communities to help families send their children to school, and to help with grasslands preservation. Yarn is available through shops around the U.S. and Canada and through online shops that seem to all be in the U.S. Most yarn is 100% yak; some has a bit of Merino or silk mixed in.
